How we handle your information

This policy explains how Ali Public School, Lolab (APS) handles information submitted through this website. It applies to the enquiry and contact forms and to any information you send us by email or telephone.

We collect only what you choose to give us: the student's name and class sought, the parent or guardian's name, a mobile number, an optional email address, your village or area, and the message you write.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell information to third parties.

Details submitted through the website are used solely so the school office can respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to complete the admission formalities. Admission is confirmed only after document verification at the school office.

Enquiry details are kept with the school administration and shared only with staff who need them to respond. They are not shared with agents or outside organisations.

Photographs published in the school gallery are taken during school activities and events. If you would like a photograph of your child removed, write to the school office and it will be taken down.

You may ask the school to correct or delete the details you have submitted. Please contact the office with your request and we will act on it.
